It is our firm's 50th anniversary year and we are highlighting attorneys that play an important role in our firm's success. Today, we introduce you to Shayne Hamann.
How do you approach building and maintaining strong client relationships?
Building strong relationships with my clients is important to me. I believe I do this best by providing individual attention to each client and the needs of the applicable file. I have vast knowledge in handling Minnesota automobile claims, including first and third party cases, assessing and handling insurance coverage cases as well as class action litigation. I strive to ensure my clients have the latest information on Minnesota case law germane to their line of work as well as hands on training to make their job as a claims adjuster or manager more streamlined. My clients appreciate my amiable and compassionate personality and my willingness to always jump in, roll up my sleeves and help no matter the case, situation or time of day!
Are you involved in any legal or community organizations? How does this involvement contribute to your practice?
Yes, I am heavily involved in local and national legal organizations. I am on the board of directors for the Twin Cities Claims Association, Minnesota Defense Lawyers Association, CLM’s local Minnesota chapter and was recently appointed as the MN DRI representative to work with its Center for Law and Policy pertaining to expert testimony. Shayne also served for eight years on the MN Supreme Court’s No-Fault Standing Committee. She also is a frequent speaker at a variety of Minnesota CLEs.
